Many have appreciated Zach’s dedication to his and his coworker’s work. Liking the sense of accomplishment, he believes that a “high tide rises all boats” and helps make the success of others, both colleagues and members he serves, his own. Joining MRA in 2017, he found value in work worth doing and is excited to continue to grow with this association.


Zach is an experienced business analyst who focuses on creating insight that is actionable. In his research, he looks to simplify and provide a narrative to changes, trends, and innovations that require data support. Complimenting data with intuition is the right recipe for success in his world, and he strives to provide examples of applications with any analysis that is produced. 

Key Accomplishments

  • Introduced and implemented database software, new business processes, and education for multiple organizations
  • Created and maintained a customer evaluation profile model to provide better data-driven insights to marketing teams
  • Developed and installed pricing models and a quoting process for a global manufacturer
  • Became a branch manager of a national rental car agency at age 23


Zach received a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with an emphasis on English linguistics.

Professional and Community Activities

Zach currently serves as a board member of the Badger Boys State Alumni Association and a liaison to the board of directors. Having been a participant of the Badger Boys State program in high school, he has volunteered as a program counselor to new students every summer since, currently acting as their director of marketing & production.
