Throughout her life, Amy has enthusiastically looked for the next challenge. She attributes her growth to an ongoing willingness to step forward, not allowing the fear of the unknown to get in the way. That can-do attitude has led to a life filled with a wide range of personal and professional experiences. She is passionate about drawing on those experiences to support and inspire others.

Amy brings a unique blend of experience to the table. With a background in nursing, she transitioned into entrepreneurship by joining and eventually owning a successful family business of 250 employees before its sale. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, organizational culture, conflict resolution and team development. Her servant leadership style combined with a down-to-earth, relatable personality equip her to foster authentic connections with her clients.

Professional and Community Activities

Amy loves spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling. She is an active volunteer in her church and in the community. Amy is also involved with UW–Madison Extension as a business mentor for their Entrepenurer In Training Program for incarcerated women. She was an active member of a CEO roundtable and lead community outreach programs during her tenure as a business owner.
