We can offer three different training delivery methods to provide the training to your learners.

Our Learning Dashboard:

• After the training is purchased using the links provided above, the learners will be sent an automatic confirmation email with directions on how to log into their Learning Dashboard and a link that will take them directly to the training.
• Each learner will need to have their own unique email address. They will not be able to share email addresses with another learner.
• They will be able to click on the training as many times as they would like during the duration purchased. The system will save where they left off if they need to exit the training.
• Please contact [email protected] to request a completion report as proof of completion for your learners. We do not generate certificates of completion. Each question, activity, and direction must be followed within the training to be marked as completed in our system.

Training Link:

• This training delivery method does not require each learner to have their own email address or to log into an account on our website.
• We will provide a link for each version of training purchased along with directions and an email template that can be used to send the training to your learners.
• Before the learner starts the training, they will need to make sure they are using a desktop or laptop computer with Google Chrome as their browser and have enough time to complete the training in one sitting. They will not be able to close out of the course and reenter where they left off in the training. We recommend setting aside at least 30 minutes to complete the training.
• After the learner completes the training, they will be instructed to fill out a completion form. If the learner does not submit the form or does not complete the form correctly, they will not be included in your organization’s completion records.

• If your organization has a Learning Management System (LMS), we can provide the files to upload the training to your system.
