Taylor’s positivity, strong work ethic, and friendly demeanor show through in her commitment to go the extra mile for both internal and external customers. She enjoys collaborating with coworkers and learning new skills. Taylor is a motivated HR professional, ready to take on any new challenge.
Prior to joining MRA, Taylor spent time interning for a nonprofit organization that provides employment opportunities to people in recovery from substance abuse. There she learned how to coach and help employees effectively set goals to develop healthy work habits and social skills. Furthermore, Taylor gained valuable experience as MRA’s intern in a blended HR and recruiting role. She enjoys all aspects of human resource management and has a passion for recruiting.

Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management with an emphasis in international management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
