Learning & Development
Be kind whenever possible; it’s always possible.
Dalai Lama

Everyone has a superpower; Tanae’s is intuition—the ability to hear others before words are spoken. She learned this at a young age and continues to build relationships using this experience. It has helped her to become a passionate, caring, respectful, and trustworthy individual by showing others respect and inclusion. Tanae demonstrates this through her ability to listen to others and ask clarifying questions.

Expertise

During Tanae’s 21 years in human resources, she stepped out and learned improv. Tanae applied the “yes, and” strategy when partnering with business leaders, HR leaders, colleagues, and peers to identify learning solutions and make recommendations to solve a problem. She always sought feedback to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Tanae became a trusted ally to go to when something needed to get done. She has worked across all levels of an organization to improve processes, increasing productivity by developing tools and resources to drive organizational growth.
