Whether it be cycling 120 miles through the Alps or studying the legal system in Cuba, she takes every opportunity to gather life experiences, garnering wisdom and becoming a more effective HR professional. Selena has a passion for ensuring the “human” factor in Human Resources and strives to serve as an ambassador for what HR could and should be for any organization.
In addition to her legal background, Selena has over 11 years of experience as an HR consulting professional in regulatory compliance, policy development, workplace investigations, employee management, and training. Her talent lies in getting to know the culture of an organization and focusing on the best practices for their unique needs.

- Designed and conducted customized training programs on key employee management topics, such as harassment/discrimination, performance management, and corrective actions.
Selena recently obtained a postgraduate Certification in international business with the University of Chester in London. She graduated with honors from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Professional and Community Activities
Selena volunteers regularly with Special Olympics and recently joined the Volunteer Relations team of the American Red Cross.
