Peg Heinen is passionate about how HR can contribute to a company’s success. For 20 years, Peg has been a trusted HR resource for the companies she serves. Those who have worked with Peg describe her as a thoughtful, key contributor who will not allow HR to work in a vacuum. Early in her HR career, Peg participated in a company-wide efficiency project. This experience shaped her HR style, and you’ll find she “gets it” when it comes to the vital role HR plays in executing strategic goals.


Peg’s 20 years of progressive HR experience has spanned multiple industries. Holding diverse titles up to and including vice president, she has worked with global manufacturing companies, and financial and health care service organizations. In addition to experience that includes HR systems integration, HR department startup, and HR audits, Peg has served as an executive team participant, aligning HR issues to strategic goals.

Key Accomplishments

  • Developed HR department to serve and support 175 FTEs in multiple states.
  • Provided insight, input, and solutions regarding HR aspects of business strategy and challenges as a member of an executive team.
  • Established training programs including new hire orientation, corporate values training, effective interviewing skills, time management, and leadership in action.
  • Collected and evaluated due diligence materials regarding HR policies and practices of potential new business opportunities and acquisitions. Integrated new business acquisitions into company HR programs.


Peg has a master’s degree in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, both from Marquette University, Milwaukee.
