Amy has a passion for recruiting and loves to help others succeed by building capabilities and connecting people to resources. She takes care with each interaction to listen with intent, build rapport, and become a trusted partner. Amy values diversity and enjoys interacting with candidates and hiring managers of all backgrounds to identify solutions and deliver results for members.


Amy has 15 years of progressive HR experience. She has expertise in benefit administration, FMLA/ADA and paid sick leave compliance, vendor management, and employee relations. She is a collaborative HR professional with an eye for detail and process improvement. She leverages her HR knowledge and high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience to add value to her members’ experience.

Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and minor in psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.

Amy’s hobbies include playing guitar, singing, cooking, watching movies, spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her cat, Alfred, with lots of attention.
