Mary enjoys working with HR professionals at member companies who are seeking additional HR perspectives, advice, and opinions. Prior to joining MRA, Mary was a site HR leader at a Fortune 100 manufacturing facility.

Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.
Professional and Community Activities
Serves on the Board of Directors for Anurag Society, a non-profit organization, that is changing the lives of women and children in an impoverished part of New Delhi, India through educational and vocational training.
