Lisa brings many years of human resources generalist and management experience to MRA and is pleased to share her expertise with members and colleagues at MRA. She has worked at a wide range of organizations--large and small, profit and nonprofit. Her experience includes healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and insurance industries. She enjoys research projects and responding to questions pertaining to a broad range of topics including employee performance, legal compliance, process improvement, policy administration, outplacement, talent management, and labor relations.

Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, WI, and holds certifications and memberships including SPHR, SHRM, Appreciative Inquiry, Prosci change management, and Lominger assessment tools. She is active in her community and is a board member for her property owner’s association.
