Expertise

Kristin is a well-rounded HR professional with extensive experience in all aspects of HR across diverse industries (technology service, private recruiting firms, airline, nonprofit and insurance) in companies of all sizes. Her guidance toward continuous improvement has helped companies improve manager and employee relationships, strategic HR metrics, and performance management. Kristin has earned an Executive Coach Certification through MRA, where she focuses on members’ needs--facilitating roundtables and providing leadership coaching, HR coaching, and career coaching for outplacement clients. She also conducts HR audits and provides HR management support and projects for multiple member companies.

  • Increased marketability and job placement rates through development of effective job search strategies, accountability systems, and job referrals.

Kristin holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
