Kirby is a native to the Midwest but has done a fair bit traveling and living outside the US. She believes a unique attribute is her ability to "get it" locally but also provide a diverse perception. Kirby is passionate about her efforts to collaborate and build on local resources for a greater community. She is best described as an adventurer always looking forward to the next challenge, whether it’s outdoors among nature or on a field playing a team sport.

Expertise

Kirby’s ability to connect and build rapport with individuals and the community creates positive results. Her background in working with diversity and efficiency provides new ideas and thrives in challenging environments. Kirby has been able to build two teams within two organizations which produced substantial market growth. Collaboration is a key priority to aid in the development of successful teams, organizations, and communities.

Key Accomplishments

  • Successful travel and relocations across the world to adapt and prosper within the community.
  • Recruited, trained, and mentored 335 students, and placed them into 160 companies for internship opportunities. More than 50% led to job offers.
  • Earned a full ride soccer scholarship to a Division I University.
