As Survey Project Lead, Kelly’s keen eye for detail, technical know-how, software proficiency, and the ability to find insights and errors in thousands of lines of data results in reports that have earned praise from MRA members and internal stakeholders. Her uncanny ability and razor-like focus continually improve MRA’s survey offerings.
Using state-of-the-art web-based software, Kelly is responsible for the technical management of MRA’s annual Wage and Salary Surveys, a position that requires knowledge of over 1,000 benchmark jobs, the ability to design and execute questionnaires, and skillful development of cleaning practices and procedures to yield robust and accurate data. She also has expertise in MRA’s annual Benefits Surveys and helps train new and developing analysts. An expert Excel user with years of training in proprietary survey software, Kelly is fluent in Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Crystal Reports, C&R Wage & Salary, SurveyPro, and PeriscopeIQ.
