Kayla’s elementary school principal, Mr. Thome, ended the morning announcements saying, “Work hard, do your best, and learn as much as you can.” This motto has remained with Kayla throughout her life. She has a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and educating individuals. She is committed to helping others and has an extraordinary ability to connect with people of all ages and from all walks of life. She strives to become a leader in the human resources industry.
Kayla has worked in the human services field for her entire professional career. She has had to opportunity to work with diverse groups of people, while serving as an advocate and educator. She has exceptional problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Today, her primary focus is to continue to grow within personally and professionally, in the human resources field, and assist others to do the same.

- Assisted in the implementation of several comprehensive and evidence-based training programs
Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in community health and public health education from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
