Expertise

Karen’s 16-year track record includes project management of an executive leadership training program in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America. That role involved engaging global business unit leaders and instructors and leading a small team of administrators. During a 10-year stint as an analytical support position with another company, Karen’s expansion of analytical services resulted in a 70 percent profit increase. Karen also coordinated the startup of a charter school that serves students on the autism spectrum. She enjoys managing complex variables and situations and has an outstanding reputation as a global support team manager. Karen is certified from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, as a Professional Project Manager II.
