Dan is a passionate about driving lasting organizational change through effective project execution. He is a human resource leader with diverse expertise in all areas of human capital management and a reputation for applying more than 20 years of international experience to ensure that HR strategies and projects align with business vision and outcome objectives. His motivation comes from developing and implementing HR strategies that deliver to the bottom line.


A process-focused HR leader, Dan has recently leveraged his extensive experience in Six Sigma to analyze and recommend talent acquisition process improvement at a regional leader in healthcare delivery. In previous assignments, he has Implemented HR solutions to improve business performance as well as increase efficiencies and employee engagement, while at the same time resulting in reduced cost. He has extensive expertise in talent acquisition, organizational design and effectiveness, and leadership development/coaching within service, healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, and medical technology industries.

Dan holds a master’s degree in Labor & industrial relations from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Southern Illinois University.
