Carol has served as a proactive, innovative HR professional in a variety of arenas, including nonprofit, manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare. For more than 25 years, she has applied her well-rounded experience and strong business acumen in multiple roles and titles. Carol has been dubbed “the purveyor of positivity,” consistently finding the positive aspect in each situation.


Carol is experienced in employee relations, benefits, recruitment, compensation, performance management, coaching, and talent management. She has effectively served leadership teams by aligning human resource outcomes to business goals and led management and staff through organizational change and mergers. Her creative talent acquisition methods have successfully uncovered hard-to-find candidates.

Key Accomplishments

  • Designed and implemented on-boarding programs to improve employee engagement and retention while reducing turnover rates through the use of “buddy programs.”
  • Managed benefits programs that resulted in cost savings while offering attractive and affordable options to employees.
  • Delivered educational sessions to help employees become informed healthcare consumers.
  • Advised and coached leaders on employee relations issues, team building, team cohesiveness and leadership skills.


Carol earned her bachelor’s degree in professional communications with a business management minor from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI.

Professional and Community Activities

Carol has assisted job seekers and job seeker groups throughout the metro Milwaukee area for the last 15 years. She co-facilitates a support group for HR professionals on a monthly basis, most recently on Zoom, hoping to get back to in-person meetings again soon.
