The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.Nelson Mandela
As a young professional entering the work force for the first time after finishing my undergraduate degree, I was eager to make a difference and start the next phase of my life with an organization I could call home. I quickly realized that the idyllic workplace I had imagined was not a guarantee and that an employee’s happiness was often passed over for organizational efficiency, productivity, or profits. This realization spurred me down a path, where I felt I could have the greatest impact on the lives of employees anywhere, and lead me toward a graduate degree in industrial/organizational psychology. This educational experience imparted me with the know-how and skills to build the type of organizational culture I had once imagined for myself entering the work force, and MRA has provided the environment to hone my human resource skills.
Expertise
A wide variety of professional positions have provided me with experience in case management, customer service, and numerous CRM and HRIS platforms. While obtaining my degree, I also worked on a small business consulting project focusing on succession planning, retention and engagement, and organizational structure.
