Lindsey Hofmann - Instructional Design Manager
Member of: Training, Learning & Development
“Anyone can support a team that is winning – it takes no courage. But to stand behind a team to defend a team when it is down and really needs you, that takes a lot of courage.” - Bart Starr
Lindsey has a genuine compassion for animals and it truly shows in her day-to-day life. She adopted a three-legged dog from a local shelter and passionately stands behind the adoption process. She lives by the motto "Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever."
Lindsey has experience working in various training and development roles across many different industries. Her experience has produced a well-rounded approach to instructional design where she prides herself on creating the best experience for learners. This approach carries into all forms of training, from leadership development to HR initiatives. Lindsey believes adult learning theory has a place in all educational platforms; her focus is to implement it across the board.
