Lindsey has a genuine compassion for animals and it truly shows in her day-to-day life. She adopted a three-legged dog from a local shelter and passionately stands behind the adoption process. She lives by the motto "Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever."


Lindsey has experience working in various training and development roles across many different industries. Her experience has produced a well-rounded approach to instructional design where she prides herself on creating the best experience for learners. This approach carries into all forms of training, from leadership development to HR initiatives. Lindsey believes adult learning theory has a place in all educational platforms; her focus is to implement it across the board.

Key Accomplishments

  • Implemented a new webinar platform and rebranded a webinar series at a security franchisor.
  • Designed and developed three agent training programs for an insurance organization.
  • Created innovative e-learning programs for employers within manufacturing, sales, and security organizations.


Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University with a focus on advertising and design.

Professional and Community Activities

Lindsey is an active member of the local ATD (Association for Talent Development) chapter. She continues to attend events to enhance her knowledge in the Training and Development field and will work toward obtaining her CPLP Certification.
