As a Member Relations Manager, Kathy manages new member development, membership sales, new/existing member orientations, and member retention. Kathy takes the time to understand the needs and challenges of potential members and shows them how becoming a member can deliver business results and ROI. Her goal is to provide solutions to prospective members.
Kathy enjoys bringing value to member meetings by bringing market awareness into the discussion and helping the member organization to think beyond their immediate needs. Through a proper discovery process, she can then align the MRA benefits to meet their strategic plans and help them overcome obstacles. Prior to joining MRA, Kathy was an accomplished, results-driven, national sales top performer. She has received a number of awards for partnership excellence, including an award as a star performer from a previous employer.
