John is an enthusiastic and passionate Human Resources leader that partners closely with businesses to drive success operationally and also within respective HR processes. He demonstrates the ability to quickly gain trust with not only his business partners but the employees within his area(s) of responsibility.

Expertise

John has an extensive Human Resources background with over 20 years working as an HR practitioner and leader within manufacturing, environmental services, and logistic companies. His passion lies within building solid business partnerships, continuous improvement and “leaving things better than he found them”. Most of his background in Human Resources work has been within Talent Acquisition, Organizational & Employee Development, and Employee and Labor Relations.

Key Accomplishments

• Directed Human Resource functions within multiple international organizations during periods of growth
• Led change management initiatives during company spin-off within supply chain solutions provider
• Organized Human Resource initiatives during triple digit growth within a two-year period for a California manufacturing facility

Education

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is an active SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), along with having a Labor Relations Certificate from the University of Milwaukee’s School of Continuing Education.

Professional and Community Activities

John’s hobbies include playing golf and spending time with his family at the lake. Additionally, he is active in his local community while supporting his children’s PTO, along with serving as Treasurer and Board Member within a few different associations.
