Expertise

Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Jenny is an accomplished human resource professional with nearly 20 years of comprehensive human resource and management experience in dynamic environments. She has proven experience collaborating with leaders at all levels. Her expertise includes extensive knowledge of employee relations, training and development, employee engagement strategies, performance management initiatives, coaching, recruitment and retention, and organizational change initiatives. She enjoys all aspects of human resource management and has a passion for training!

Key Accomplishments

  • Led strategic initiatives including calibration sessions, talent planning, employee commitment survey action planning, and new leader/employee on-boarding.
  • Developed and facilitated leadership training including behavioral interviewing, appreciative inquiry, accountability, managing performance, and engaging staff for a high performance culture.
  • Consulted and provided recommendations on complex employee relations including corrective actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, investigations, EEOC/ERD claims, and employment claims.
  • Executed a plan supporting the acquisition of new business contracts including a job re-design, selection procedures for employees, and implementation of a workforce reduction.

Education

Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree in retailing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
