Growing up as a child in Milwaukee, DQ had an affinity for business and sports. He was fortunate enough to experience both at a collegiate level. His appreciation for both continued through secondary to postsecondary at Minnesota State University, Mankato. There he developed a passion and admiration for human resources. DQ’s excitement for human resources comes from challenges in the diversity and expansiveness of the function.

With over 15 years of progressive human resource experience and a doctorate in business administration, DQ is well versed in many of the complex tasks and roles encompassed within HR. He specializes in retention, culture identification and shift, organizational change and development, employee relations, and policy and procedure.
