Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.'
Mary Anne Radmacher

Work motivation and learning what drives employees to perform at their best are areas that interest me. Both internal motivators and external rewards that workplaces can offer are worth exploring. Most of my work has been in compensation as a foundation for monetary rewards, and I enjoy solving problems related to pay with diverse organizations.
