Dorien is a retired Army recruiter, with over 20 years of active military service. He is experienced in talent acquisition and recruiting management and training, has a passion for connecting with people and having a positive impact on their lives, and is always willing to lend a helping hand and share experience to help mentor, coach, and counsel peers.
Dorien has experience with full-cycle recruiting (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers, onboarding, new employee orientations, etc.); experience at building, networking, and developing professional relationships; is a great mentor and trainer with phenomenon people skills; and is a great ambassador who is always representing the “brand.”
