Dennis has worked for seven television stations, managed two electronic media production companies, and served as the VP of sales and marketing. President of a staffing firm for 14 years, he managed operations, human resources, and recruitment. Dennis builds high performance teams, develops talent, and implements operation systems and performance metrics. A passionate, focused problem solver, at MRA Dennis applies his expertise as a member relations manager.

  • Negotiated numerous contractual agreements with Fortune 500 companies, securing preferred vendor status.
  • Recruited, hired, and placed long-term contractors at large and small companies in eight states.
  • Telly Award winner and Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy Award and New York Film Festival Award nominee.
  • Served as adjunct instructor at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Education

Dennis received a master’s degree in communication arts and sciences and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois.

Professional and Community Activities

Dennis is a member of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and the Waukesha (WI) Business Alliance, an adjunct instructor for the Waukesha County Technical College’s Center for Business Performance Solutions, a committee chair for the Milwaukee Area Technical College, and member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Puppeteers of America. He is also an active volunteer in his church.
