Brian is a seeker of knowledge. Although he started his career in a sales support role, his curiosity and desire to help others led him to a career in market research. Brian is excited to bring his passion for learning to the Survey Team at MRA.
Brian is a market research professional with experience in new product development, consumer insights, customer loyalty, corporate sustainability, and brand licensing. He is a strategic thinker, active listener, and asker of questions who likes to dive deep with his clients to help them solve their business challenges. His industry experience includes automotive (specialty vehicles), consumer durables manufacturing, financial services, electric and gas utility services, and management consulting.
- Grew royalty revenues and helped achieve five consecutive Top 100 rankings on the License Global Top 150 list for a Midwest manufacturer’s brand licensing program
- Contributed to new product development research that led to the successful launch of products at big-box retailers and home improvement stores
- Helped execute a multinational customer loyalty study for a global payment solutions business capturing insights from the company’s top 80 customers
- Developed target marketing strategies that helped a Midwest utility company add thousands of new customers to its renewable energy and energy conservation programs
Brian earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University.
Professional and Community Activities
Brian has volunteered for Milwaukee Irish Fest for over 15 years and is a member of Toastmasters International.
