COVID. Social Unrest. #MeToo. Recent events have shined a spotlight on the need for change and inclusion. The movements are demanding responsibility from employers. As we look to our workplaces, what is HR’s role in ensuring a safe, respectful, and equitable work environment? Beyond responding with a statement, what should our organization be doing related to diversity and inclusion? In this session, we will explore these areas and recognize the impact an organization’s culture has on attracting and retaining good talent.
