Employers with affirmative action obligations know that their plan provides the foundation for achieving their diversity goals. They also know that having a plan itself is not enough! Want to go beyond the data and realize tangible progress? Along with your peers, share suggested strategies, how to communicate with your leadership team, and how you can advance and measure your progress so your plan comes alive.

MRA Subject Matter Expert: Hilary Hauser, Manager, Affirmative Action (bio). Hilary brings extensive experience managing affirmative action (AA) programs, OFCCP compliance and diversity and inclusion efforts. She helps organizations successfully implement their AA plans through strategy building, tools and resources.

MRA Facilitator: Lynell Meeth, Director, HR and Content Strategy (bio). Lynell’s facilitation style is candid and curious, using her strengths in relating to others and sharing stories to help inspire and lead.
