Location & Dates

Managing projects can be a daunting endeavor. Project managers need to keep the project moving, while constantly influencing project team members to play their roles in ensuring its success. Every project is unique, and you need to adjust when the inevitable surprises pop up at the most inopportune times. In this course, you will hone your skills as a project manager and plan to use the best practices for assessing risk, holding team members accountable, hitting milestones, and achieving your project goals. You will want a project in mind to practice project management tools in class. Also plan to schedule a one-on-one personalized coaching session for one hour with a project management coach to take place sometime after class.

  • Explore real world skills needed to manage project roles and communication, to lead projects to successful outcomes.
