Workplace violence and active shooter situations are unfortunately becoming all too common in our society leaving many at a loss for how to deal with this problem.

 

MRA wants to help you keep your employees safe. We have developed an Active Threat/Shooter program that helps organization to be prepared, identify the warning signs to help prevent an incident, and ways to respond should a situation ever occur.

Presenters:

Program presenters are field experts who share firsthand experiences:

  • Captain Mike Bolender is a 28-year veteran with a Milwaukee-area police department. Captain Bolender has been involved in active shooter incidents and has extensive SWAT team experience. He commands the department’s patrol division, emergency communications, and use-of-force training, and has presented to organizations throughout southeast Wisconsin. 
  • Stefan V. Salmonson is a licensed deputy sheriff/tactical trainer, international security consultant, 3ECHO (rapid response to an active shooter threat) instructor, and professional speaker. He has provided high risk employment termination support services, discreet investigations, security-related training, and security assessments for hundreds of organizations nationwide.
