On November 5, OSHA released the much anticipated Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), which requires private-sector employers of 100 or more to either mandate vaccination or require testing at least once per week. With the ETS currently on hold, employers are left waiting to understand what will be required of them, how it will affect their current employee population, and the new challenges it will create in handling the continued COVID-19 pandemic.
