The Senior Director of Research contributes to the organization’s mission by fostering efforts to improve knowledge and practice via knowledge development (original research and synthesis of existing literature,) and knowledge exchange (e.g., through network building, technology development, and technical assistance provision.) The Senior Director of Research facilitates knowledge development and exchange with national, state, and local partners, synthesizes emerging research to inform practice, and ensures that Company XYZ activities are evidence-based.
