Identifies project and business requirements and develops test script requirements by utilizing input obtained from interactions with involved user departments, Information Technology and Quality Assurance staff. Routinely communicates with various individuals and groups on project test progress, issues and solutions. Assists in quality assurance process to ensure information systems product launches, upgrades or enhancements achieve stated objectives.
