Lead and deliver departmental level projects on time and within budget. Manage all aspects of project execution from project approval to successful implementation. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet challenging needs and requirements to deliver business value by balancing resources, scope and time. In addition, assist in the development of project management methodologies.
