Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development, integration, and qualification test phase of an Electronic Flight Instrument design (done by an in-house team and/or outsourced).
- Plan & monitor progress via schedules, budgets and design reviews.
- Coordinate the creation of documentation such as specifications, statements of work, FAA certification documents, test procedures.
- Lead a cross functional team and work with Business Development to generate proposals for new projects.
- Some travel is required.
