Responsible for assisting, directing, establishing, promoting, and maintaining specific programs and initiatives within designated customer/account base including large and/or critical accounts. Works with and directs the activities of various Project Managers who are supporting complex customer projects. Overall customer management of invested businesses, including both sales and operations activities. Effectively assist customers’ operational strategies to achieve timely and cost effective solutions. Maximize communications, job planning and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
