The purpose of the Performance Management Program is to bring together all the various factors contributing to job performance of the employee: understanding and executing the job description; setting and achieving the employee’s goals and objectives as they relate to their position; and developing the personal and interpersonal skills to manage themselves and work effectively and professionally with others.
The Performance Management Program affords each employee the opportunity to discuss with their supervisor/manager the various factors contributing to performance. The Performance Management Program is divided into four parts:
