According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), one in five adults experiences a mental health condition each year. That’s an alarming number and one that should grab the attention of every employer, knowing that employees aren’t able to "leave it at the door."
Last year, MRA hosted a Business Insights event on building workforce resiliency that received very positive feedback. We will continue to partner with others to find ways to help employers with information, resources, and ideas.
