Under the direction of the Manager, Budget & Financial Planning, the Management & Budget Analyst develops and administers capital and operating budgets, performs analyses to assist in long range planning, conducts management and evaluation studies to improve effectiveness and efficiency, provides technical assistance to all departments for performance and strategic planning, and conducts research and special projects, in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
