Outreach Process Outline:
- Determine the organization for attempting outreach.
- Contact the organization to identify their contact.
- Introduce yourself and your organization to the contact. Explain your desire to create a relationship with the goal of generating applicants for the jobs in your organization.
- If the organization contact agrees that there is a fit to work collaboratively, ask for a face-to-face meeting at your location.
- Review the outreach organization’s practices for matching individuals to jobs.
- From the visit, determine if your company and the outreach organization can work together to provide employment opportunities.
