This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing testing and inspecting fire alarm systems in specified buildings. Responsible for execution of fire alarm contract scope, customer satisfaction, renewal of existing contracts and growing new contract opportunities. Supervises and directs the work of Test & Inspect Helpers and/or Leads. Identifies and reports problems or discrepancies. Ensures customer satisfaction for all inspections.
