Under the direction of the Controller, the Audit & Loan Administrator maintains the accounting system necessary to obtain loan and grant proceeds and effectively closeout and manage audit of loans and grants, and assists other District departments to resolve issues related to internal financial and management audits, contract cost negotiations, modifications and determination of contractor overhead, etc., in accordance with company policies and procedures.
