About ten years ago, I had the privilege of working with an executive coach who helped me discover my “calling card”: Bringer of Joy. I am the eternal optimist; I lead with “fun” and truly try to find those nuggets of joy in everyday life. I also studied music and theatre in my early years, so it is no surprise to me that I’ve had a variety of joyful experiences, both professionally and personally, over the years. From working as a camp counselor to paralegal in New York City; from a loan account manager to singing telegram in Minneapolis; from performing in dingy off-off-off-Broadway theatres to singing at an intimate church service for her Majesty the Queen of England, my life has been enriched by a combination of all the silly, amazing, stupid, mundane and once-in-a-lifetime experiences that I am eternally grateful for.
Nowadays my days are filled with the joys of helping to raise two teenage boys as they grow and navigate their world. Most weekends these days you will find me cheering (loudly!) at a basketball or baseball game with my wife, Sarah, or enjoying a long walk with our dog, Benny, in South Minneapolis.

Professionally, I bring years of leadership, strategic development, public speaking and community engagement experience through my previous work with local non-profit organizations and membership associations in the Twin Cities. I am passionate about building relationships and providing critical resources to people and businesses that support the overall health and wellness of our greater community. A life-long learner and connector, I enjoy meeting new people, understanding their values and fostering lasting relationships.

- Co-planned, coordinated and led annual InterCity Leadership Visit for 100 Twin Cities business and government leaders 2022 - 2024.
