She has managed full life-cycle recruiting strategy with direct responsibility for job descriptions, compensation review, sourcing, interviewing, reference and background checking, and ultimately closing the candidate to initiate a successful onboarding experience. Additional strengths include social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems and conversions, contingent workforces, co-op and intern programs, vendor selection and negotiation.
Kim’s professional background ranges from third-party and agency recruiting environments to corporate human resources and has worked for industry leaders including Reader’s Digest and UTC Aerospace Systems. She has recruited hourly, salaried and managerial employees in a wide range of disciplines.
