For many years of my career, I believed success was measured only through promotions and salary increases. I went through a period of revising my definition of success, with many missteps, to look at what truly makes me happy rather than relying on others to validate those feelings. I found my strength is in relationship building.

Expertise

With 15+ years of experience working in compensation consulting, I have encountered every type of compensation issue, from full implementation of a compensation program to advising Leadership on best practices to ensuring compliance with Federal/State/Local legislation. While the similarities in compensation issues can be found across our clients, I know the uniqueness of the employer should be taken into consideration for all recommendations.

  • Managed 100+ different clients with custom compensation solutions, covering mostly Public Sector and Non-Profit employers
  • Mentored junior compensation staff as an integral team member during acquisitions and consolidation of compensation practices
