How to Make a Suggestion:
Obtain suggestion forms from the shop office. (Suggestions must be submitted on the standard forms for consideration.) Identify the subject . . . what, when, where, what is being done now, describe the present method. Tell what you are trying to change or correct. What do you suggest? Describe your proposal and, if possible, tell how it can be put into effect. What are the advantages? Name the benefits of your suggestion. Put only one suggestion per sheet – use extra sheets if necessary. Attach drawings where appropriate. If you need assistance in completing this form, see your supervisor or Personnel. Turn in your suggestion at the shop office to be timed and dated.
Rules of the Suggestion System:
Administration
The Suggestion Committee will administer the rules of the system, decide on all suggestion and change or amend this suggestion system. All decisions of the committee with respect to eligibility, the adoption of suggestion, the making of awards, or the interpretation of the Suggestion System shall be final and binding on all parties. The company reserves the right to amend or terminate the System at any time, except that no amendment or termination shall adversely affect any eligible person with respect to any suggestion submitted prior to the effective date of such amendment or terminations.
