Under the direction of the IS Manager, the Training Manager and Facilities Liaison coordinates all aspects of training pertaining to the implementation and usage of IT hardware and software business solutions; ensures the development, delivery and availability of appropriate training curriculums to provide effective, efficient and timely service to users and management; and serves as the conduit between all company facilities and the IS function in addressing IT related matters, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
