Position will manage the Project Specialist/Installer team, including colleague development and performance management. Coordinates with Project Managers for effective scheduling and organization of Specialist / Installer activities (installation, programming, system start-up / check-out, testing, certification, and customer training) to ensure that projects are executed within budget, on time, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Implements quality assurance, field-related safety practices, processes and standards within the Project Specialist Team.
